You are NOT allowed to EDIT, TRACE, COPY, nor POST UNWATERMARKED versions of the final piece.

I DO NOT consent to any of my art or designs to be used for any form of AI training nor be used in NFT’s.

You are NOT allowed to claim my art as your own.

Art commissions in any type are strictly for PERSONAL USE ONLY, unless you have paid for the COMMERCIAL FEE.

Please credit me if you showcase any of your commissioned artwork anywhere public.

For Character Profile Commissions (With customized UI Design) - This is a new offer for those who wants to have a character profile which can be used for introducing your characters in an interesting and aesthetically pleasing way. (*see sample on comms info)

↪ The color scheme or theme will depend on your character and we can also input your logo and add it as part of the design.

↪ You may request any preferred accessories and icons, or if you are unsure of what to add you may also leave it to me and make changes afterwards if it is not to your liking.

↪ Once availed, a google form will then be sent to the client for the detail inputs such as; icon, logo, design, etc.

↪ Since this is a totally new service and it is still in the experimental process, I am always open for suggestions. So please do not hesitate state your ideas and opinion!

For Regular Commissions - please provide clear description/ references of the character/s you want to be drawn, as well as reference for poses, expressions, outfit, etc.,

For Regular Commissions with Additional Character within the same frame - It will be + 100% of the base price.

For PNG TUBER/ REACTIVE PNG COMMISSIONS - Characters will be on default front facing pose unless requested a different pose.

↪ Additional expressions are subject to additional price of 15 USD

↪ All Files will be sent thru Google Drive. It will contain the Original PNG Size as well as the Design Showcase Illustration. For Veadotube use, kindly tell me so I could provide you a separate Resized PNG's (this will only be provided upon request).

For VTUBER Character Design Commissions - please provide a clear description of; personality, hair color, outfit, background/ lore, theme, or the overall references of how you want your character to be portrayed. But of course! We could help each other brainstorm if there are parts you are unsure of.

VTUBER Character Design Commission Package includes 1 whole body illustration, 1 transparent PNG, White and Simple background, and 1 Design Showcase BG with 2 FREE expressions. (refer to commission samples)

For GROUP Commissions - please attach and compile the references of each character on a single document/ google docs, which includes their name and twitter (@) (if they have), the pose, outfit, expression, and if you have any preferred positioning for each. (maximum of 11 characters)

All commissioned artwork is considered for PERSONAL USE only, (unless paid for a commercial fee). This could be used and posted on your social media accounts, for streaming purposes, be printed, etc., as long as it will not be used for monetary gains.

For COMMERCIAL USE, such as printing of posters, stickers, or any product which you will use my art to gain profit. You are required to pay a commercial fee of 100% - 300% of the total commissioned artwork.

Please also note that depending on the character’s complexity additional charges may apply and this is applicable to any type of commission.

As I am a University Student with a part time job, the turnaround time for the commissioned artwork will take at least 1 - 2 months to complete. Please understand that there may be possible delays due to school compliance, such as: exams, activities, assignments, projects, and presentations, as well as any unforeseen circumstances. But rest assured, for you will be notified ahead of time if ever the situation arises.

The Sketch will be sent as soon as possible, but may take at least 1 - 2 weeks after ordering the commission.

You may ask for any changes or revisions during this time. (maximum of 2 revisions only).

Once the sketch is approved and payment has been made, I may not be able to send any updates until completion, but please don’t hesitate to ask me for your commission status!

Finished Artwork will be sent thru Email or Google Drive Folder Link, which includes; Final Illustration with and without watermark, Transparent PNG, White/ Simple Background.

Art commissions will be paid in USD thru Paypal.

Payment should be done UPFRONT (100%) once the sketch is approved. An invoice or a link will then be sent to the commissioner for the payment.
